Terms of Use — VeloMarketing MCP

These terms apply to the VeloMarketing MCP software and the velopulse.io token-exchange endpoint, provided by BBTruck / VeloPulse ("we"). By installing or using VeloMarketing you agree to them.

1. The service

VeloMarketing is software you run on your own computer. It connects to your own LinkedIn account through LinkedIn OAuth and publishes posts only after your explicit confirmation.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use only your own LinkedIn account, and keep your computer and keychain secure.
• You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, including its accuracy and legality.
• Comply with the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. Do not use VeloMarketing for spam, automated mass posting, or misleading content.

3. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. In short: tokens stay in your OS keychain, the token-exchange endpoint does not store or log your authorization code or tokens, and we keep no central database.

4. Revoking access

You may stop using VeloMarketing at any time and revoke access at linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

VeloMarketing is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. LinkedIn may change or restrict its API at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or account actions taken by LinkedIn arising from your use of the software.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or discontinue the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
